  • How many people can sign up for this coaching program?

  • Can I pay in instalments?
    Yes. We understand budgets can be tight, so we offer the option to split the payment into up to three instalments. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll find a suitable arrangement.

    We encourage you to book a 15-minute complimentary discovery call. We’ll discuss your goals, and you can decide if this coaching package aligns with your needs.
  • Will I receive any resources or reading materials?
    Yes. After each session, you’ll receive action steps, frameworks, or reading recommendations. These are curated resources to support your ongoing development.
  • Is the coaching done in person or virtually?
    All coaching sessions are typically held virtually via Teams or G Meets (or your preferred platform). However, if location and schedules allow, in-person sessions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • How long does the program last?
    The program runs for approximately 3 months. Sessions can be scheduled bi-weekly or at intervals that best suit your schedule and learning pace.
  • What does the coaching package include?
    6 private coaching sessions (60 minutes each) over 3 months. Action plans, frameworks, and tools to apply between sessions. Ongoing email support for questions and check-ins. Personalised strategies tailored to your leadership goals.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    We typically don’t offer refunds once the coaching has begun due to the personalised nature of the sessions. However, we do provide a free 15-minute introductory call for you to ask questions and ensure this program is a good fit before committing.
  • I’m concerned about AI-related shifts in my industry. How does this coaching help?
    Part of our work will be exploring how to integrate AI as a supportive tool, leading your team to adapt with confidence rather than fear. We discuss strategies for upskilling, transparent communication, and harnessing AI to meet your business and team goals.
  • I’m already an experienced leader—will I still benefit?
    Absolutely. The program focuses on sharpening your emotional intelligence, empathetic leadership, and agility in fast-changing markets—areas that even experienced leaders can continuously refine.
  • What if I need to reschedule a session?
    Life happens! We request a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for any reschedules. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for both parties.
